This website is provided for informational and registration purposes related to Velocity Volleyball programs, events, and services. You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes.

By submitting a registration form, you agree that:

• The information provided is accurate and complete
• You are authorized to register the participant
• A parent or legal guardian is submitting information for any minor participant

We reserve the right to reject or cancel registrations if information is incomplete, false, or inappropriate.

Submitting a registration form does not guarantee placement unless confirmed by Velocity Volleyball. Participation may be subject to availability, evaluation, age division, skill level, payment, and coach or program approval.

If fees apply to tryouts, camps, clinics, or other programs, all payments must be made as required at registration or by the stated deadline.

Refund Policy:

Tryout registration fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Velocity Volleyball. Refund requests for camps and clinics must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the event start date and are subject to review. No refunds will be issued after the program begins. Once a player accepts a position on the team, no refund will be issued regardless of the circumstances.

Velocity Volleyball reserves the right to modify schedules, locations, coaches, sessions, or program details at any time due to operational needs, facility issues, weather, low enrollment, or other circumstances.

Participation in volleyball activities involves physical activity and inherent risks, including the risk of injury. By registering, you understand and accept those risks.

These Terms & Conditions are not a substitute for any separate waiver, release of liability, medical release, or participation agreement that may also be required.

Parents/guardians are responsible for providing accurate emergency and relevant participant information where requested. In the event of an emergency, Velocity Volleyball may attempt to contact the parent/guardian using the information provided.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, branding, logos, images, and design elements, is owned by or licensed to Velocity Volleyball and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

You agree not to:

• Use the website in a fraudulent or unlawful manner
• Attempt to interfere with website functionality or security
• Submit false registrations or misleading information
• Copy or misuse website content without authorization

The website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the site will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or available.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Velocity Volleyball shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or participation in any registration process.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
